Frequently asked questions
Who can participate in the referral program?
This page is for the in-app Refer-a-Friend program: Stone Project users (fabricators with a Stone Project account). Log in, open Settings → Referrals, and your personal link is created automatically the first time you visit that screen — no separate application for this program.
That is not the same as our Partner Program. Independent sales reps, consultants, distributors, and other external partners can sign up on the Partners page without being Stone Project customers. Registration is instant and pays cash commission, not subscription credit.
When does my friend receive the $10 credit?
The $10 welcome credit is applied automatically after their first successful paid invoice. It appears as a credit on their next billing cycle with no action needed on their part.
How and when do I receive my earnings?
Your 10% commission is added as subscription credit each time your referral renews their plan. Credits are applied automatically to reduce your next invoice — you'll see the running balance inside the app under Settings → Referrals.
Can I refer myself or a business I own?
Self-referrals are not allowed. The program is designed to reward genuine introductions to other stone fabricators.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No limit — refer as many fabricators as you like. You earn 10% per referral, per month, for each active subscriber you bring in, up to 12 months per referral.
Does my friend need to use my link when signing up?
Yes — they need to register via your referral link (or enter your referral code during sign-up) for the link to be tracked. Existing accounts cannot be attributed retroactively.
